Ross Spalding is one of the nation’s preeminent experts on luxury cruise vacations and the prestigious cruise lines that cater predominantly to cruise connoisseurs.  He founded the Crown Cruise Collection (CrownCruiseCollection.com) in 2008 and the online agency, based in New Jersey, has quickly become a top sales producer for all of the major premium, luxury and ultra-luxury cruise lines, in excess of $20 million in sales.

A seasoned cruise traveler himself, Spalding has enjoyed more than 50 cruise vacations on some of the world’s most opulent cruise ships operated by Royal Caribbean International, NCL, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Carnival Corporation,  whose portfolio of leading cruise brands includes Carnival Cruise Lines, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises and Seabourn Cruise Line in North America; P&O Cruises, Cunard Line and Ocean Village in the United Kingdom; AIDA in Germany; Costa Cruises in southern Europe; Iberocruceros in Spain; and P&O Cruises in Australia.  Spalding’s team of cruise experts have sailed virtually every cruise line to every destination.

These cruises include more than 14 prestigious inaugural voyages typically reserved for dignitaries, special invitees and industry opinion leaders.  Spalding’s travels have taken him to some of the world’s most beautiful and historic locales.  His favorite destination is the Black Sea and the old world cities surrounding it.     

Spalding has spent much of his career in cruise travel sales, with expertise in online marketing. Prior to launching the Crown Cruise Collection, he grew the online business for another national cruise travel aggregator from $20 million to $90 million in annual sales.  He attributes his success in luxury cruise sales to his attention to detail and treating his clients the way he would expect to be treated when planning and booking a luxury cruise vacation.

Spalding attended Florida State University and graduated with a B.S. Degree in computer information systems from Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y.
